Biography[]

Early Life[]

Almost nothing is known about Trisha's early life, except at some point in her adult life, she began hosting the television series Mysteries of The Occult, which was filmed in the city of Dearborn, Michigan at the KLA2 Television Studios.

Evil Unleashed In Dearborn[]

During a live broadcast of Mysteries of The Occult, Pettywood and the show's guest, Dr. Alex Eldridge, played a recording made by Professor Raymond Knowby containing translations of demon resurrection passages in the Necronomicon Ex-Mortis. The broadcast of Knowby's recording unleashed Deadites all across the city of Dearborn, forcing the television station to lock its doors from the outside world. Unfortunately, this plan didn't work out the way that the station's remaining occupants had hoped, as Deadites were still able to access the inside of the building. Trisha (along with Dr. Eldridge) was held up near the set of Mysteries by a gang of Deadites. Fortunately, monster-fighter Ash Williams had arrived at the station after watching the live broadcast, and quickly dispatched of the undead around them. The two took refuge in a nearby church as Ash set off on a quest to find Professor Knowby's notes regarding the Necronomicon in Michigan State University.

While Ash was out looking for Knowby's notes, Trisha and Eldridge were captured by Deadites and led into a park. After Williams destroyed the Deadites guarding the park and let Dr. Eldridge examine the notes, Trisha and Eldridge headed off to the Nathaniel Payne Museum to search for the Kandarian Summoning Stone, an ancient artifact that could control the Deadites. Upon their arrival to the museum, the two were locked inside a Civil War exhibit hall when the building's security system kicked in. After they were eventually released from the locked down room, the three discovered a secret chamber under the museum, which led to a confrontation with a giant undead Nathaniel Payne. When Payne was destroyed, Williams removed the Summoning Stone from Payne's body and gave it to Eldridge to use to destroy the Deadites. As Ash and Trisha conversed about meeting up after Ash saves the world, Eldridge opened up a rift in time and space, planning to use the stone to help him take over the world. Trisha begged Ash not to go, but Ash replied "Crazy is as crazy does, baby." and jumped in after Eldridge.

The Deadite Queen[]

Trisha as The Deadite Queen (A Fistful of Boomstick)

During Ash's journey across time to stop Eldridge, the Deadites enslaved the remaining humans living in Dearborn, forcing them to create mine shafts all across the city to help them find the ruins of Fort Dearborn (where Ash buried the Kandarian Summoning Stone in the past). Trisha somehow got her hands on the stone, and turned herself into the Deadite Queen, taking on a physical appearance that appeared to be a demonic humanoid bat/worm hybrid. As the Queen, Trisha lived in one of the caves uncovered during the mining process, which the locals began calling "The Queen's Lair". After an unspecified amount of time (months, or possibly even years), Ash returned to Dearborn and eventually confronted the transformed Trisha. The Deadite Queen was eventually destroyed when Williams tossed a lit stick of dynamite into the Queen's mouth, causing her to explode from the inside.

Powers & Abilities[]

  • Deadly Projectile Vomit: Another power demonstrated by Trisha as the Queen was her ability to fire deadly balls of vomit out of her mouth.

Weaknesses[]

Even as the Deadite Queen, Trisha was still able to be harmed by such things as explosives.

Trivia[]

  • The third and final Evil Dead game published by THQ, Evil Dead Regeneration, would introduce a somewhat similar character to The Deadite Queen simplify known as "The Queen".
