Mia Allen is a recovering drug-addict who was summoned to help a select group of humans battle a legion of Deadites accidentally unleashed by Professor Raymond Knowby.
This version of Mia Allen is exclusive to the 2022 video game Evil Dead: The Game, part of a downloadable content pack released on September 8th, 2022. She was voiced by Julie Nathanson.

- On September 2nd, 2022, actress Jane Levy (who portrayed Mia in the 2013 film) announced that she would not be voicing Mia for Evil Dead: The Game due to a "miscommunication".[1] However, Levy did approve of her likeness being used for the character model.
- Mia's inclusion in Evil Dead: The Game marked the first time her and David's last name of "Allen" being acknowledged in any form of official media. The Allen surname originated from an anonymous edit to the Wikipedia page covering the Evil Dead film on July 30th, 2013, which then resulted in subsequent online publications discussing the film spreading the unofficial name.
