London is the capital city of England, and the largest city in the United Kingdom. Several iteration of the city found throughout the multiverse have been the site of supernatural activity.
London first appeared in the original ending of the Army of Darkness film, though it has since gone on to appear in other officially licensed Evil Dead expanded media.

Post-Apocalyptic Future[]
One of the first known variations of London was seen by a version of Ash Williams who took one too many droplets of a sleeping potion created by The Wise Man of 1300 AD. Instead of taking the required six, Ash took seven, and found himself in the late 21st Century, where a futuristic London was in ruins.[1]
- A variation of this future was briefly visited by the Ash Williams of Earth-818793.[2]
- Another slight variation of this post-apocalyptic London served as the main base of operations for the human resistance fighters in 2093 AD, where they battled against the Kandarian Demon and a legion of Deadites and monsters mutated by nuclear bombs.[3]
Earth-818793[]
On Earth-818793, Ash Williams visited London in the year 2009 while on his search for other "Chosen Ones". Whilst there, he was side-tracked by an investigation into a monster which had attacked a barmaid. The monster in question was Brad Fenrison, an American werewolf living in London, and the first member of the new "League of Light".[4][5]
Movie Set Illusion[]
In another reality, a simulacrum clone of Ash Williams believed himself to be teleported London, circa 1888. This was nothing more than an illusion using a movie set created by a screenwriter named Brun, who had used the Necronomicon Ex-Mortis to summon the spirits of the various men believed to have been Jack The Ripper.[6]
Notable Locations[]
- Palace of Westminster: In one alternate reality, a showdown between the human resistance fighters and the Kandarian Demon took place inside and around the Elizabeth Tower at the palace.[3]
- Bethlem Royal Hospital: One of several branches of the Imperial War Museum, an underground storage vault located at the Bethlem Royal Hospital was visited by the human resistance fighters in 2093, where they recovered the Spear of Destiny.[3]
- The White Hart: Several businesses in the London of Earth-818793 were named "The White Hart", as Ash Williams learned the hard way while looking for a woman who had been attacked by a werewolf.[4]
- Grisham Hotel: The hotel the Ash of Earth-818793 stayed at during his visit to London.[4]
