"Jack The Ripper" takes the form of James Maybrick (Revenge of Jack The Ripper)

Hollywood B-movie writer Brun (full name unknown) had an obsession with the Jack The Ripper mythos, an obsession so well-known in the industry that he was brought in as a "historical consultant" on a new Ripper-themed movie being filmed in the southwestern United States. At some point, Brun acquired some pages of the Necronomicon Ex-Mortis and used them to summon the souls of the men who were accused of being the Jack The Ripper, as he couldn't decide which man was the real ripper.

As filming got underway, Brun used his supernatural powers to begin committing ripper-like murders around the movie studio. These killings captured the attention of Ash Williams, who had been cast in a small part in the ripper-themed film, and began investigating the studio. Williams eventually happen to be within earshot of a murder and gave chase to a heavy-set man dressed in the Ripper's stereotypical attire, but the man managed to evade him.

After being invited into Brun's trailer, Ash discovered the Necronomicon pages, with Brun then revealing that he was "Jack The Ripper". Tossing Ash into an illusion of England circa 1888, the two proceeded to fight on the fog-covered streets of London. Williams then managed to decapitate Brun/"Jack", and the illusion began to collapse. Realizing they never left the trailer, Ash spots Brun's decapitated body and flees the studio, satisfied that the supernatural killer had been put down for good.
