Irradiated Deadites were a heavily mutated variant of Deadite emerging from the aftermath of a global nuclear war with the Deadites in the late 21st Century.

Irradiated Deadites first appeared in the "The Future Dead" chapter of the Army of Darkness Roleplaying Game released by Eden Studios in 2005.

Biography[]

Creation[]

After an ever-growing hoard of Deadites began to spread their evil across the globe in the late 21st Century, the world's three largest remaining countries (China, North Korea, and Russia) began firing nuclear missiles in regions said to have a heavy presence of Deadites. One of humanity's last uninfected countries was England, though ultimately struck by several nuclear missiles from China "just for kicks".

With a fresh crop of bodies to join the undead legion, the Kandarian Demon arrived in London and wasted no time in possessing the freshly deceased, but soon discovered an unexpected development during the process: those who had died in the strikes with flesh on their bones had become irradiated by the nuclear aftermath. These mutants differed from typical Deadites, as they now had a radioactive aura around them (which affected those at least within five yards of them), and could spew forth a stream of putrescent, glowing nuclear vomit. This new breed of Deadite began to roam the streets of London, looking to swallow the souls of those who had survived the bombings and remained untouched by the Kandarian Demon.
