Evil Ash is the demented "dark aspect" of Ash Williams created in the 14th Century. While initially thought destroyed by his human counterpart, Evil Ash was resurrected to lead an army of Deadites during a siege on Castle Kandar in an attempt to acquire the Necronomicon for their own nefarious purpose. He was eventually summoned to lead another legion of Deadites hundreds of years later that had been accidentally created by Professor Raymond Knowby.
This version of Evil Ash is exclusive to the 2022 video game Evil Dead: The Game. He was voiced by Bruce Campbell.

- Skeletal Support: Evil Ash summons skeletons to help fight.
- Skeleton Resurrection: Every skeleton who dies within the aura's effect area comes back to life.
- Infernal Invigoration: When Evil Ash chokes a Survivor, Evil Ash heals and the Survivor's health is damaged. This attack cannot be dodged. To break the hold, other Survivors must attack Evil Ash.
- Dodge: Evil Ash can dodge melee attacks like a survivor.
