David Allen was one of the many humans summoned by Professor Raymond Knowby to do battle with a legion of Deadites which he had accidentally unleashed.
This version of David Allen is exclusive to the 2022 video game Evil Dead: The Game, part of a downloadable content pack released on September 8th, 2022. He was voiced by Shiloh Fernandez.
Skills
- Beacon of Hope: Reduces fear for you and any teammates within the flame's aura. Evil units within the aura require an increased amount of Infernal Energy to possess.
- Boosted Beacon: Increases the range of Beacon of Hope's aura and the Infernal Energy cost to maintain possession within the aura. Attacking a possessed evil unit within the aura reduces the demon's Infernal Energy.
- Weapon Master: Nail Gun: Nail guns have a faster reload speed and deal increased health, balance bar, and dismemberment damage.
- Soda Pop: When David drinks a Shemp's, he and all nearby Survivors take less damage for a limited time.

Trivia
- Though Shiloh Fernandez is not credited in the game itself, developers that worked on the game have confirmed he is the voice of David.
- David's inclusion in Evil Dead: The Game marked the first time him and Mia's last name of "Allen" being acknowledged in any form of official media. The Allen surname originated from an anonymous edit to the Wikipedia page covering the Evil Dead film on July 30th, 2013, which then resulted in subsequent online publications discussing the film spreading the unofficial name.
