Trivia
- The "Ash Operator Bundle" was released on October 23rd, which is Evil Dead franchise creator Sam Raimi's birthday.
- Much like Ash's inclusion in Dead By Daylight, a formal announcement of Ash's addition to Warzone and Modern Warfare II came after an online leak had been posted detailing the characters coming to the Season 6 DLC which had been found in the files of recent updates to the game.
- Despite being intended to represent Ash as seen in Evil Dead II, the content features allusions to other entries in the Evil Dead franchise:
- The blueprint for the Lockwood 300 shotgun is entitled "Boomstick", referring to the nickname Ash gave his shotgun in the Army of Darkness film.
- Ash's finishing move is called "Boomstick Boogie"
- Ash's line "Name's Ash" comes from the ending of the Army of Darkness film.
- Ash's chainsaw is based on the design seen in the Ash vs Evil Dead television series, as indicated by the two strips of black electrical tape seen on the handle.
- The blueprint for the Lockwood 300 shotgun is entitled "Boomstick", referring to the nickname Ash gave his shotgun in the Army of Darkness film.
